The water mills from Rudăria

22 water mills can be visited at Eftimie Murgu, Rudăria, still in working condition, although they are more than 150 years old, being built by the locals to process their grains. They work by means of hydraulic energy, obtained from the water flowing through the river Rudăria.

Visitors can see how these mills work, learn more about their history from the locals and admire the beauty of Eftimie Murgu commune and its picturesque surroundings.
