The entrance to the route is made from the Băile-Herculane resort next to the house with no. 44 from Zăvoiului street. At this point begins a wagon road that climbs approximately 250 m on the left bank of the Valea Mare stream, then follows several wider serpentines to the Coronini Plateau. Follow the red and yellow dot markings to the middle of the plateau and from there, the blue dot marking.
Proceed along this path to the gazebo built on a noticeable rock on the right side, currently known as the "Green Gazebo". It offers a panoramic view of the Băile-Herculane resort and the Domogled Massif.
The route continues with a first bifurcation marked with indicator arrows. The trail on the left goes up to the Munk Spring with a yellow dot marking. Continuing the route, you meet another bifurcation. The path on the left goes to Grota Haiducilor and the blue dot route after two serpentines, reaches the Diana III spring.
